Assisted Living is a residential community that offers assistive services with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence. Residents receive 24/7 support from trained staff in a safe environment.

Memory Care is a residential community designed specifically for individuals experiencing varying degrees of cognitive impairment. Memory Care communities provide a safe environment as well as specialized care and services to engage residents during each stage of memory decline.

Nursing Homes are designed for people who need nursing or medical oversight on a 24-hour basis, but not the level of care provided by a hospital. Nursing homes provide medical and nursing care beyond the level permitted in an Assisted Living community. Assisted Living is about half the cost of Nursing Home care.

All expenses incurred at Tiger Lily Estates are paid from available private funds. We can assist with  determining eligibility for funding from sources such as Veterans Benefits, long term care insurances and other possible resources.

Staff in our Memory Care community are highly trained and experienced and dedicated to increasing the quality of life and wellness of our residents. We personalize our care and develop strong relationships with both the resident and their family. 

We recognize that each type of dementia is unique and design our life enrichment to individually enhance social, physical, intellectual, cultural, emotional and spiritual experiences. 

Our cottage community is designed to create indoor and outdoor intimate and secure spaces for living, dining, fellowship and therapy.


Our Nurse conducts regular resident assessments to determine the Level of Assistance needed for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). 

Tiger Lily Estates has four levels of care as well as Respite Care. Please contact us to arrange a personal evaluation and quote.

The staff at Tiger Lily Estates are Georgia Registered and Licensed Nurses (RN & LPN), Georgia Certified Nursing Assistants, and Georgia Certified Medication Aides.  Resident-to-staff member ratios vary and we increase them based on our residents’ needs.

Our chef prepared meals are served in the dining area of each cottage. Menu selections are planned with attention to resident preferences, food allergies and physician-ordered diets. 

We have regularly scheduled mealtimes in each cottage, but can accommodate those needing to eat at different times. 

Beverages and snacks are available anytime. For a change of pace, we also offer special occasion dining options at local restaurants and in our Activities Center. 

 

Residents are encouraged to make their suite feel like home, by bringing their own furniture and decor. If residents prefer a furnished room, we can accommodate that for an extra charge. Floor plan and suite descriptions are available here.

We have a limited number of double occupancy suites that can be shared with immediate family members or significant others. Please contact us for more information. 

Well-behaved pets are welcome to visit with friends and family. However, pets may not live on the premises. 

We encourage family members and friends to visit anytime the resident prefers. Family members are welcome to take residents home for visits, vacation, run errands or various outings. (Except during federal or state epidemic mandates).

Transportation can be scheduled for local appointments and errands. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.   

Each resident having a valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle will be given a parking spot as space permits. 

Tiger Lily Estates offers a variety of activities including art classes, educational lectures, unique exercise programs, local outings and gardening. Our activities and events calendar is thoughtfully planned to allow residents to pursue new interests, as well as enjoy old favorites as they write their stories forward. 

Tiger Lily Estates’ agreement is not a purchase. It is a month to month agreement that can be terminated by providing a 30-day written notice. An initial Community Fee is required for residency. Please refer to our fee schedule

We follow the recommendations of the CDC, Georgia Department of Community Health, Georgia Department of Public Health and CMS. We have developed innovative means for residents to still feel connected to loved ones, including the ability to have family visits while following state mandates.
